Under Law No. 40/2007, private companies in Indonesia are privately owned with non-publicly traded shares. They follow the same classification as SOEs under Govt. Regulation No. 7/2021, with assets over IDR 10 billion and turnover above IDR 50 billion classified as large enterprises.
Your financial statement will be requested during the verification process. (only for winners candidate)
The submitted program must have run or been measured in 2024.

Winning entries submitted in Bahasa Indonesia must be resubmitted in English for the regional competition.
