Eka Suhendra, an Indonesian citizen born in 1977 and currently residing in Jakarta, Indonesia, serves as the Company’s Director of Business Planning. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, a Master's in Management from Sriwijaya University, and a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. With a career spanning 23 years at Pertamina, Eka has held various key roles. He most recently served as the VP Controller of the Finance Directorate at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga SH - C&T (2020-2024). Prior to this, he undertook managerial positions including Manager Finance & Accounting at PT DSLNG (2016-2017) and Manager Cost Management – MA Controller (2017-2020), where he also oversaw supervisory responsibilities.
The SATU Indonesia Awards are present as a form of Astra's appreciation for those who bring change to their environment. In this session, he is expected to be able to explain the importance of the presence of local changemakers in achieving bigger goals. Apart from that, we will also explain the collaboration model and matrix used by Astra as one of the key players in this field in measuring the impact of sustainability efforts so that both parties are able to benefit and work effectively and efficiently.

Has published five books ; Positive Power, Passion, Execution, MakeNous and Strategic Physical Asset Management Received an award as Risk Leader of The Year from Enterprise Risk Management Academy, Portrait Indonesia Most Admired CEO 2017, The Best Green CEO and a Dharma Karya award from the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Indonesia.
Ratih Anggraeni is Head of Climate and Water Stewardship for Danone Indonesia, with more than 15 years experience in sustainability, environmental management, circular economy and water resources. Prior to working for Danone Indonesia, she worked for Oxfam and UNICEF Indonesia.
Michael Susanto leads the Development & Scholarship at Tanoto Foundation, an independent philanthropy organization that believes the transformative power of quality education to enable individuals to reach their full potential and improve lives. With his passion in education leadership, public policy, and ecosystem building, Michael had spent the last 20 years in life science and healthcare, as well as in manufacturing and petrochemical industries.
Vania Febriyantie - Awardee of SATU Indonesia Awards 2020 in the field of Environment (West Java) Founder of Seni Tani, an urban farming social enterprise that uses unused land to become a vegetable garden, then the harvest is distributed through Vegetable Farming Groups with a CSA or Community Supported Agriculture system. Members pay at the beginning of the month before the seeds are planted, so they get certainty of advance payment before harvest. Currently, Vania is actively carrying out a collaboration program with an NGO from abroad which is concerned with the urban future and involving 5 developing countries to create a movement over the next year with the concept of a sustainable food system.
Dr. Joko Tri Haryanto is currently serving as the President Director of the Environmental Fund Management Agency (BPDLH). Prior to joining BPDLH, he was a Senior Researcher at the Fiscal Policy Agency for Climate Change Financing and Multilateral Policy, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. In this role, he was responsible for formulating fiscal and financial policies to support climate change mitigation and adaptation. Before his tenure at the Fiscal Policy Agency, he worked as a Head of Subsection at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Sub-directorate of Decentralization Fund Evaluation. Dr. Joko Tri Haryanto holds a PhD in Environmental Studies from the University of Indonesia and a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution.
Vivi Yulaswati has served as the Deputy for Maritime Affairs and Natural Resources at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas since 2002. She was previously the Expert Staff to the Minister of PPN/Bappenas for Social Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (2018-2022) and held various director positions related to social welfare. She played a key role in planning poverty alleviation programs, the National Financial Inclusion Strategy, and the National Social Security System. Currently, she is involved in the Economic Transformation and Long-Term Development Plan 2020-2045 and serves as Commissioner General for Indonesia at World Expo Osaka 2025.
Refi is building Neutura.Earth, focusing on transforming agricultural waste into high-value resources that mitigate environmental impact and sequester carbon dioxide sustainably. Refi has a strong background in consulting for international development projects, supporting UN SDGs with an emphasis on climate change.
As Deputy Team Leader of the RESD project, she fosters partnerships in the solar and hydropower sectors and leads the development of a renewable energy platform (https://renewableenergy.id/). Previously, she was a National Program Officer at the Embassy of Switzerland in Indonesia and a consultant for the World Bank. has over a decade of experience in development cooperation and project management. and holds a Master of Science in International Strategy and Economics from the University of St Andrews.
Muhammad Imran Amin joined the Nusantara Nature Conservation Foundation (YKAN) in 2006 primarily to strengthen support to the Indonesian Government in developing and formulating marine policy strategies. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of marine conservation, Imran has been heavily involved in supporting the development of marine policies in Indonesia.
