What is the Lestari Summit 2025?

Lestari Summit 2025 is a large conference or gathering aimed at discussing topics related to environmental sustainability, innovation, and solutions to the global challenges faced in maintaining the sustainability of our planet.

How can I register for the summit?

You can register for Lestari Summit 2025 by clicking on "Buy Tickets" in the menu or by visiting https://lestari.kgmedia.id/summit/tickets.

Is there a fee to attend Lestari Summit 2025?

Yes, attendance at Lestari Summit 2025 requires registration fees.

What types of tickets are available?

There are two types of tickets: Individual Tickets and Group Tickets. Group Tickets are designed for registrations with a minimum of 4 (four) attendees per registration.

Is there any discount available for early registrations?

Early bird rates offering a 15% discount on both individual and group tickets are available. To qualify for this discount, registrations must be completed by July 31st, 2025. However, please note that there is a limited quota for the early bird rates.

Will there be on-site registration available?

On-site registration availability will depend on the capacity of the venue and the availability of tickets. We recommend registering in advance to secure your attendance.

Can I request a refund if I am unable to attend the event?

Summit Ticket(s) cannot be refunded unless explicitly permitted by KG Media. However, passes are transferable from person to person. For more details, please refer to the "Payment Information" section.

What is the objective of the awards?

The Lestari Awards recognizes companies leading the way in sustainable development across Indonesia. Hosted by KG Media, this award shines a spotlight on initiatives that accelerate the SDGs, inspiring peers and the public. Elevate your visibility and leadership in sustainability, inspiring change and securing a competitive advantage in your industry.

How to participate Lestari Awards?

To participate in the Lestari Awards 2025, follow these steps:

  1. Register with your Email Account to access the registration form.
  2. Fill out the registration form and select the award categories.
  3. Submit your entries and complete the payment. 

Make sure to review the guidelines and deadlines provided to ensure your entry is eligible and submitted on time.

When is the deadline?

Submission will be closed by 13th July 2025.

What are the key dates and stages in the award submission and selection process?

  1. Registration & Application (February 27th - June 30th, 2025)
    • Complete the online registration form and submit all required information. 
    • Registration opens February 27th.
  2. ⁠Assessment Stage I (April - June 30th, 2025)
    • Our team will review all applications to ensure they meet the criteria.
    •  Selected candidates will be shortlisted for Assessment Stage II.
  3. ⁠Assessment Stage II: Jury Panel (July 15th - 31st, 2025)
    • A panel of expert judges will evaluate submissions based on established criteria.
  4. Assessment Stage III: Online Presentations (August 5th - 7th, 2025)
    • Selected candidates will be required to submit financial statements during the verification process.
    • Shortlisted finalists will deliver online presentations to the jury panel.
  5. Awarding Night (August 28th, 2025)
    • Winners will be announced and celebrated at the Awarding Night.

Are there any fees to register for the Lestari Awards 2025?

Yes, there are fees associated with registration. A fee applies per submitted entry(s).

  • Lestari Award 2025 - Large Enterprise IDR 10.000.000 / entry (before tax)
  • Lestari Award 2025 - Small & Medium Enterprise (UKM) IDR 3.000.000 / entry (before tax)

Are the awards on a company or project basis?

The awards are on a project basis, so if you are running multiple projects within your company or group, you can choose to submit more than one project.

Do only projects from a certain time period qualify for the awards?

Only the performance of ESG projects in 2024 onwards is allowed to be submitted for the Awards.

What benefits do I get for submitting multiple entries?

By submitting multiple entries, you can anticipate discounts and additional complimentary seats for the award ceremony. Please note that payment should be made in a single transaction to qualify for these benefits

Is my company eligible to participate in the awards?

To qualify for the awards, your company must meet the following requirements:

  • The company was legally established in Indonesia in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
  • For group companies, only companies established in Indonesia in accordance with with the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia are eligible to apply both individually and as a group.
  • The organisation must not be bankrupt, and does not have any legal suit / reputation that impairs the image of this award program.
  • Your financial statement will be requested during the verification process (only for winners candidate).

What will the winners receive?

Winners will receive Lestari Awards 2025 rewards:

  • Media Exposure
    150 million IDR publicity package with KG Media publishers to spread positive impact, inspire collaboration, and achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • The Trophy
    Trophy is a symbol of our collective journey towards sustainability. The design draws inspiration from nature, with the trophy’s shape mirroring a leaf, representing continuous growth and renewal. At the heart of the logo, captures the essence of constant movement and progress, embodying the dynamic drive towards sustainable practices.
  • Sustainability Scholarship
    A sustainability scholarship from Tanoto Foundation at SDG Academy Indonesia's Leadership Program. This scholarship aims to develop leaders and sustainability actors, emphasizing that local leadership and action significantly determine global progress.
  • Participate to Regional Awards
    A direct entry ticket to participate in the Asia ESG Positive Impact Awards 2025.

Is my information confidential?

Yes, all submissions are confidential and will only be used during judging sessions.

When will the results be announced?

The results will be announced during the awards night held on August 28th, 2025.

Who will be judging the awards?

Introducing our esteemed panel of Lestari Award judges – a diverse and accomplished group drawn from a spectrum of renowned institutions. These institutions contain independent bodies specialising in governance and risk management, a prominent multinational financial services corporation, government agencies with a vested interest in sustainable development, innovation and growth, as well as reputable non-profit organisations actively engaged in economic, financial and business research, both in Indonesia and across the global landscape. Together, they bring a wealth of expertise and a broad perspective to the evaluation and recognition of excellence in the realms of Environmental, Social and Governance practices.

⁠What is Regional Awards: the Asia ESG Positive Impact Awards 2025?

The Asia ESG Positive Impact Awards 2025 is a prestigious regional competition recognizing outstanding initiatives and leadership in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

The awards celebrate individuals, organizations, and projects across Asia that drive positive environmental and social change while promoting good governance.

Who organizes the Asia ESG Positive Impact Awards 2025?

The awards are organized by three powerhouse media organizations:
•⁠  ⁠Star Media Group (Malaysia)
•⁠  ⁠KG Media (Indonesia)
•⁠  ⁠Philippine Daily Inquirer (Philippines)

These media leaders have united under the Asia ESG Positive Impact Consortium to promote sustainability excellence across the region.

 

Who is eligible to participate in the Asia ESG Positive Impact Awards 2025?

Participation is by invitation only for winners of national-level ESG awards, including:
•⁠  ⁠Lestari Awards (Indonesia) – Hosted by KG Media
•⁠  ⁠ESG Positive Impact Awards (Malaysia) – Hosted by Star Media
•⁠  ⁠Inquirer ESG Edge (Philippines) – Hosted by Philippine Daily Inquirer

Winners from these competitions automatically receive a golden ticket to participate in the Asia ESG Positive Impact Awards 2025, representing their country on the regional stage.

Payment
Are ticket purchases and award entry fees refundable?

Ticket purchases and award entry fees are generally non-refundable unless the Event is canceled. However, if the Event is canceled due to reasons beyond the power of the committees, we will refund your payment, minus the bank remittance fees.

Can I request a Tax Invoice for my purchase?

  • KG Media (PT Kompas Cyber Media) will issue a “Tax Invoice” only if there is a request within 3 (three) business days from the  payment date. We will not issue a tax invoice when the grace period elapses.
  • Please go to the "History Transaction" page and click the "Request Tax Invoice" link on the related transaction to fill out the request form.
  • After submitted the request form, orur team will validate your request within 5 (five) business days.
  • Once validated, your invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 months.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers and credit cards as payment methods. To make a payment, you will be directed to our partner's platform, Kompas.com account on Xendit. There, you will see a transaction summary showing the total amount due, including VAT 11%.

What is the BUMN award entry fee(s) payment policy?

Award entry fee(s) for BUMN are required to make full payment (include VAT) in advance.

What are the requirements for PPN and PPh refunds in BUMN payments?

Yes, BUMNsthat want PPN (Value Added Tax) and PPh (Income Tax) refunds must include:

When will the tax refund for BUMN be processed?

14 working days after complete documents are received by the Finance team (every Thursday).
