He founded HD Asia Advisory, which subsequently merged with Deloitte in 2017.

Under her leadership, UGM achieved impressive rankings, securing the 34th position worldwide and the 3rd most Sustainable Green Campus in Indonesia according to the UIGreenmetric World Ranking in 2022. She also has initiated UGM's Green Campus program through a green building team, establishing collaborations with external parties such as the Green Building Council Indonesia.)

She played a key role in planning poverty alleviation programs, the National Financial Inclusion Strategy, and the National Social Security System. Currently, she is involved in the Economic Transformation and Long-Term Development Plan 2020-2045 and serves as Commissioner General for Indonesia at World Expo Osaka 2025.
