What is the objective of the awards?

The Lestari Award recognizes companies leading the way in sustainable development across Indonesia. Hosted by KG Media, this award shines a spotlight on initiatives that accelerate the SDGs, inspiring peers and the public. Elevate your visibility and leadership in sustainability, inspiring change and securing a competitive advantage in your industry.

How to participate Lestari Awards 2024?

To participate in the Lestari Award 2024, follow these steps:

  1. Register with your Email Account to access the registration form.
  2. Fill out the registration form and select the award categories.
  3. Submit your entries and complete the payment. 

Make sure to review the guidelines and deadlines provided to ensure your entry is eligible and submitted on time.

When is the deadline?

Submission will be closed by June 30, 2024.

What benefits do I get for submitting multiple entries?

By submitting multiple entries, you can anticipate discounts and additional complimentary seats for the award ceremony.
Please note that payment should be made in a single transaction to qualify for these benefits

Do only projects from a certain time period qualify for the awards?

Only the performance of ESG projects in 2023 onwards is allowed to be submitted for the Awards.

Are the awards on a company or project basis?

The awards are on a project basis, so if you are running multiple projects within your company or group, you can choose to submit more than one project.

Is my company eligible to participate in the awards?

To qualify for the awards, your company must meet the following requirements:

  • The company was legally established in Indonesia in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
    For group companies, only companies established in Indonesia in accordance with with the legal regulations in force in the
  • Republic of Indonesia are eligible to apply both individually and as a group.
  • The organisation must not be bankrupt, and does not have any legal suit / reputation that impairs the image of this award program.

Are there any fees to register for the Lestari Awards 2024?

Yes, there are fees associated with registration. A fee applies per submitted entry(s).

Who will be judging the awards?

Introducing our esteemed panel of Lestari Award judges – a diverse and accomplished group drawn from a spectrum of renowned institutions. These institutions contain independent bodies specialising in governance and risk management, a prominent multinational financial services corporation, government agencies with a vested interest in sustainable development, innovation and growth, as well as reputable non-profit organisations actively engaged in economic, financial and business research, both in Indonesia and across the global landscape. Together, they bring a wealth of expertise and a broad perspective to the evaluation and recognition of excellence in the realms of Environmental, Social and Governance practices.

Is my information confidential?

Yes, all submissions are confidential and will only be used during judging sessions.

When will the results be announced?

The results will be announced during the awards night held on August 21, 2024.

What will the winners receive?

Winners will receive a trophy, the right to display the Lestari Award logo/monogram on corporate collaterals, and invitations to attend and speak at special business workshops.

Each Most Outstanding Lestari Award winner will receive an exclusive editorial write-up and media exposure package with total value at Rp 150 million in KG Media Network (Kompas.com, KompasTV, Kontan, National Geographic Indonesia).

Payment
Are award entry fees refundable?

Award entry fees are generally non-refundable unless the Event is canceled. However, if the Event is canceled due to reasons beyond the power of the committees, we will refund your payment, minus the bank remittance fees.

Can I request a Tax Invoice for my purchase?

  • KG Media (PT Kompas Cyber Media) will issue a “Tax Invoice” only if there is a request within 3 (three) business days from the  payment date. We will not issue a tax invoice when the grace period elapses.
  • Please go to the "History Transaction" page and click the "Request Tax Invoice" link on the related transaction to fill out the request form.
  • Our team will validate your request within 5 (five) business days.
  • Once validated, your invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 months.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers and credit cards as payment methods. To make a payment, you will be directed to our partner's platform, Kompas.com account on Xendit. There, you will see a transaction summary showing the total amount due, including VAT 11%.
